SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order from The Quiet Company. We can't wait for you to receive your journal. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
2. UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Includes tracking, and you will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Aim: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Includes tracking, and you will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Aim: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
3. International Shipping
We are happy to ship our journals to customers around the world. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Rest of World (including USA, Canada, Australia): 7 to 21 business days.

Europe: 5 to 10 business days.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Important Notice for International Customers (Customs, Duties, and Taxes):
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees when it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.
The Quiet Company is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the total cost of your order. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
4. General Information
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, for which a new shipping fee will be charged.
My order hasn't arrived. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (for UK orders) or 25 business days (for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@quietcompany.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged Orders In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us immediately.
